  in Setting up ACL does not work.
  I think
  ldapsearch -Y EXTERNAL -H ldapi:/// -b cn=config -D cn=admin,cn=config -W 
olcDatabase=hdb olcAccess
  will work (I'm not sure because I appended some lines from the german wiki to 
my backend configuration ldif).
