Many .exe files are not self-extracting archives (which are what File
Roller can open) but are full-fledged Windows programs that should be
opened in Wine.
Unfortunately, File Roller doesn't provide any message that can point
the user to trying out Wine instead.
For now, I'll be closing this bug.
