Unsetting LC_COLLATE does not resolve the problem.
I am attaching two screenshots, taken with LC_COLLATE=da_DK.UTF-8 from banshee
and evolution, respectively. As you can see, evolution sorts the folders
correctly, with "Å" following "T", whereas banshee does not ("Ø" incorrectly
being seen simply as "O").
