modem-modeswitch is deprecated and got removed from udev upstream (See
http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/hotplug/udev.git;a=commitdiff;h=4dd9b291354e76f34b0d6d7b5c3b28d03a624418).
Upstream recommends using usb-modeswitch now, so we really should switch
that in maverick still. Unfortunately we missed FF for this. Can this
please get a feature freeze exception?

This also blocks updating udev to a newer version.
