Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: lubuntu-default-settings

According to .config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml, key="A-C-Delete" attempts
to start xfce4-taskmanager, but in Lubuntu Maverick the program is
apparently replaced with lxtask. The default keybinding should be
changed to reflect it.
