I tested overwriting kaddressbook.mo and kabcommon.mo in kde4-l10n-es using the ones from kde 4.3.5, and with this the localization is ok.
I'm almost certain (but haven't tested it yet) that replacing the kaddressbook LC_MESSAGES in the source of each kde4-l10n-xx would make a right localization, but it seems that each kde-l10n packages are compiled one by one. Do kubuntu has some kind of script for compiling all l10n?
