For working on your bug by developers, we need some additional
information on your part and we hope you don't mind giving that. Please
follow these steps in terminal
1. run this command.
cat /proc/bus/input/devices >~/devices
2. Locate devices in your home directory and upload it in launchpad in
separate attachment.
