Binary package hint: yelp
When I look at the toolbar on top of yelp, for pretty much any yelp
page, instead of getting a File/Edit/Go/Bookmarks Toolbar in English, I
get a lot of gibberish which looks like Unicode or something. My
install is fairly vanilla but I asked someone else with Meerkat and they
see the same thing.
$ lsb_release -dr
