Sorry, I tried to reproduce and I think I cant... Here is the procedure I tried. 1) within ~/.gmrunrc add "TermExec = xfce4-terminal -x" line 2) start gmrun 3) type xcalc 4) Ctrl-Enter --> See xcalc with xfce4-terminal ...thus it works - now cross check if it doesnt work without -x 5) within ~/.gmrunrc change to "TermExec = xfce4-terminal" 6) start gmrun 7) type xcalc 8) Ctrl-Enter --> nothing happens, which is also the behaviour if I run xfce4-terminal xcalc outside of gmrun, thus I conclude that -x for the 1st run was provided to the xfce-terminal
Maybe I missunderstood your discription? Could you provide a guide how to reproduce nonintended behaviour?
