OK, Let's see: I have looked at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/feisty/+source/tsclient/+pots/tsclient/ru/+translate and it seems to be OK.
I downloaded the .po file (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/feisty/+source/tsclient/+pots/tsclient/ru/+export) and saw the charset is KOI8-R, and it's supposed to be UTF-8. Running a simple command like that: iconv -f KOI8-R -t UTF-8 < ru.po > 2ru.po and i saw that 2ru.po file seems to be OK. So, i guess what's happening is just the charset issue. Could you (Russian team) fix this? Am i right?
