This upload allows you to set a gconf key to not get thar dialog:

- new "preferences/display_mimetype_warning" gconf key which allow to use
or not the mismatching mimetype warning dialog (Ubuntu: #19101)
Don't closing the bug yet, it would be nice to have a "open anyway" button on
the warning dialog, if somebody wants to work on it ... ;)
