This bug is still present (The patch above only removed the error message, but did not fix the disconnection issue). https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=198789 is the real bug on the KDE bug tracker, https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212585 is only a duplicate. The attached patch fixes the disconnects
