Two minor things:
* This would ideally share packaging with the Debian version, to simplify
future syncs/updates.
* The kernel team should subscribe to Ubuntu bugs for it
But besides that, very trivial packaging and simple program itself
(though there is a lot of magic in it, as one would expect). Approved.
