apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected

** Description changed:

In Lucid on every system start, NetworkManager makes a delay before it
connects
to wireless network. Sometimes it takes 5 second, sometimes about 30. This
behavior
is annoying especially when I want to browse internet (well, in 95% of cases
I do).
It displays a pop-up "Wireless Networks Available. Click..."
This behavior was also -not- present in Jaunty I used before..
