Hi Daniel, as I mentioned in the other icon bugs for software-center,
for today (UI freeze) we decided we could actually use icons from the
theme. In the case of the "Independent" icon, we are using "system-
users".
If we decide to go to a more customized one (based on mpt's suggestion),
we can reopen.
