ALSO - rather than just ask people to WINGE about important things and NOT so important things,
Give them a manual and software and teach them or teach themselves with online classes (downloadable) on HOW to program and fix problems themselves. The reasons why I hate forums is that they tend to be populated by silly people and there is not much in the way of establishing a connection between LEARNING HOW" and forum participation. The "I don't know how it's broken please fix it for me" that's fine much of the time but I'd rather be given a crash course in HOW to program, and how to fix, rather than "just stuck".
