Binary package hint: yelp
this problem happened in the package: yelp 2.30.1-0ubuntu1
when i put my mouse in the help icon instead of a little box saying "get help
with ubuntu"
i get some boxes with numbers inside them
even when i right-clicked it than clicked properties
in the Name field these boxes with numbers inside
you can see the screen shot below
