Public bug reported:

I did desktop installation 6.06LTS 64-bit from cd-rom. No progs added or
something.
I cannot access the "Einstellungen->Konsole einrichten" (don't know the entry
in english). The output is

-----
ScimInputContextPlugin()
Uh oh.. can't write data..
...
Session management error: Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the
authenti cation protocols specified are supported and host-based
authentication failed

This only when started by root. As normal user it is

----
konsole: WARNING: Unable to use /usr/share/apps/konsole/mc.desktop
konsole: WARNING: Unable to use /usr/share/apps/konsole/sumc.desktop
---
And nothing happens. The errormessage above is printed as soon as I click on
the Menu "Einstellungen" which contains "->Konsole einrichten"
