Binary package hint: transmission

If I setup download destination to some folder with utf letters in its
name (in my case - cyrillic), application can not work properly causing
weird behavior (dialogs hang, comboboxes flashing, text fields grow, and
also having other very interesting artifacts). It seems that the
destination folder name is handled improperly by the application. The
same is actual for transmission-daemon (via web interface), and for
transmission-qt. And for all interfaces of this package. And internals
too.

This package has a very strange behavior in multilingual environment. I
wonder how they in Japan or China can use it? Ohhh...
