Hi, I just tried Ubuntu 10.10, version from 26.08.2010 and the bug is still present - all I get from my Sound Blaster VX is only irritating noise. I tried to run apport-collect, but unfortunatelly the network (wireless) doesn't work for my on this version and everything keeps crashing all the time.
