Thanks for the report. This is actually not a bug but a usual side-
effect of a GHC package update; some packages won' be installable for a
while until we arrange for the necessary measures to be undertaken to
fix them.

The problem will rectify itself within a matter of days. In the
meanwhile, I suggest that you hold off on upgrading GHC until apt tells
you that nothing will be broken.

(Technically: With my recent ubuntu1 upload, the unix package changed
ABI. I don't actually know why it did this — presumably something in a
library we depend on changed. This means that all packages depending
transitively on unix need to be rebuild. We have ways of tracking this
and the necessary rebuilds are already happening.)
