Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kate
KWrite offers a function to dynamically wrap long lines, known as
"dynamic wordwrapping".
Kate has a function for static wordwrapping, that would statically break
a line in the document (and with that, even break code in some cases,
for example).
The Kate version shipped with KDE3* didn't have the static wordwrapping
function; instead it had, exactly like KWrite, a function for dynamic
wordwrapping.
That means, Kate is lacking the/a function for dynamic wordwrapping.
** Affects: kdesdk (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
