Public bug reported: Binary package hint: bzr
Lately, I've been getting the following warning after every bzr action: bzr: warning: some compiled extensions could not be loaded; see <https://answers.launchpad.net/bzr/+faq/703> That FAQ says "If you installed Bazaar from an official binary package or a distribution and you're seeing this warning, please report a bug." So, I'm filing a bug. I've checked my ~/.bzr.log, but I see nothing about problems with extensions. Here's an example entry from my ~/.bzr.log for `bzr up`: Sun 2010-08-29 02:40:38 -0700 0.578 bazaar version: 2.1.1 0.578 bzr arguments: [u'up'] 0.740 looking for plugins in /home/reed/.bazaar/plugins 0.741 looking for plugins in /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/bzrlib/plugins 2.022 encoding stdout as sys.stdout encoding 'UTF-8' 3.053 opening working tree '/home/reed/mozilla/bzr/bugzilla/3.6' 3.310 ssh implementation is OpenSSH 6.852 Using fetch logic to copy between RemoteRepository(bzr+ssh://bzr.mozilla.org/bugzilla/.bzr/)(RemoteRepositoryFormat(_network_name='Bazaar repository format 2a (needs bzr 1.16 or later)\n')) and CHKInventoryRepository('file:///home/reed/mozilla/bzr/bugzilla/3.6/.bzr/repository/')(RepositoryFormat2a()) 6.852 fetch up to rev {[email protected]} [ 9999] 2010-08-29 02:40:47.928 INFO: Tree is up to date at revision 7165 of branch bzr+ssh://bzr.mozilla.org/bugzilla/3.6 8.956 Transferred: 60KiB (10.7K/s r:59K w:2K) 8.956 return code 0 ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: bzr 2.1.1-1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-24.39-generic-pae 2.6.32.15+drm33.5 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-24-generic-pae i686 Architecture: i386 Date: Sun Aug 29 02:42:08 2010 EcryptfsInUse: Yes ProcEnviron: LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: bzr ** Affects: bzr (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 lucid -- bzr reporting warning for "some compiled extensions could not be loaded" when using distro bzr https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/626205 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
