Hi Fabio Yes, this problem/feature is still present.
An open menu also disables or alters some of the keyboard key functions. Eg. On my laptop, pressing a function key at the bottom left and simultaneously pressing one of the numbered function keys on the top row gives you things like play/pause, stop, next track (in addition to the quick launch keys), brightness up/down etc. If a menu is open you can change the brightness in this way but you don't get the display bar at top right of screen. You can't however use the play/pause, stop etc keys at all. Regards, Martin.
