Please make sure that you have the USB audio device selected in the
sound preferences, accessible by either clicking on the speaker icon in
the top right hand corner of your screen, and choosing "sound
preferences", or opening up the system menu, going into preferences, and
choosing sound. Once in the sound preferences, you can go to the output
tab, and select which audio device you wish to use.
Once you have checked this, please test to see whether you can hear
audio.
