Thanks for reporting this bug and helping to improve Ubuntu. Could you
please answer the following questions.
Try this:
Go to View > Toolbars > Customize. Is there a section labeled "Bookmarks
Toolbar Items?"
If there isn't: Scroll down until you can see text labeled bookmarks.
Drag and drop that text onto the bar you want to have your bookmarks on.
If that doesn't work, or doesn't apply, please let me know.
