Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Rhythmbox opens in minimized mode when plugging in an Mp3 player device,
rather than showing up on the new screen.
This is undesirable when considering the device is selected as "open
with".
It gives the false impression to the user something has gone wrong,
either system has ignored the request or it has crashed.
This is worse for new users.
