Seems like 8.04 LTS -> 10.04 LTS upgrade with something gone wrong. The usual case is what bug #562948 describes. This will be resolved when the quirk to solve that bug will be added to update-manager. For now, you're best served if you remove openoffice.org-voikko before running update- manager, and install it again (a newer version) after everything else has been upgraded.
