In the attached picture, I have just connected to a wireless network and gotten an IP address. The gdesklet at the top of the screen recognizes the connection. Note the Network Manager Applet shows the "red-square- white-X" symbol to indicate it sees no connections.
FYI: Wi-Fi driver is the Serial Monkey rt73 from Subversion on March 29'th.
