Public bug reported:
For users using netbooks, the Registration UI can't be fully seen.
Currently, the UI presents 2 fields that are not being used in the lower
layers: these are "Name" and the first checkbox "Yes, email me tips and
updates". We'd like to remove those to make the screen shorter.
