** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: apt

  Trying to configure Apt to work with Authenticated proxy with an "@"
  into the username "field" causes an 407 (username incorrect) when trying
  to update the repository lists.

  I have the next configuration into /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/80proxy file:

  Acquire::http::Proxy "http://u...@domain:passw...@proxy_host:proxy_port";;
- Acquire::http::DIRECT "repo_with_proxy";
+ Acquire::http::DIRECT "repo_without_proxy";

  this outputs the next lines:

  Err http://ppa.launchpad.net lucid/main Packages

para completar la petición. Acceso denegado al filtro proxy web. ) [IP:
