Fixed a problem with the PPA build, and it's now ready. I may try
backporting this to karmic and lucid also.
emacs23 (23.2+1-4ubuntu1~ppa2) maverick; urgency=low
* debian/control.in:
- Use bsd-mailx in Build-Depends so that buildd does not fail.
* debian/control: Regenerate.
