pm-suspend.log.1 shows a complete suspend to/resume from ram, but you
said that this worked? pm-suspend.log only shows a suspend to ram, and
nothing afterwards, i. e. the machine either switched off in between, or
failed early on resume.

kern.log is just from one clean boot, which is a bit weird; did you trim
that manually? Immediately after a boot from hibernation it should have
a lot more to say.

Reassigning to the kernel, since you said it was working with the lucid
final kernel.
