Binary package hint: tex-common
On a clean system, I wrote tex, which prompted me to run
sudo apt-get install texlive-binaries
which failed with
Running mktexlsr. This may take some time... done.
No se ha encontrado ningún paquete que corresponda con texlive-base.

I think texlive-base should be a requisite of texlive-binaries.
