Binary package hint: gnome-applets

After logout or reboot, CPU frequency settings (configured via the GNOME
applet) generally revert to "performance" rather than "ondemand," which
is what I always set it to. This setting should be persistent.

Maverick beta, amd64, happened in Lucid too.
