It's not 66 - 100% he's talking about, what he's talking about is 100 -
150%, they locked us out from going past 100% of the intended volume.

Which I think is dumb and there should be at the very least an option to
remove that lock. There might be a way to edit how loud we're allowed to
get our sound from keyboard shortcuts but yes that is a  bug/annoyance
that I dislike. Only way to get it past 100% volume is to go through the
sound indicator menu.
