Public bug reported:
install kde-config-tablet, go to your systray in the plasma bar and add "Wacom
Tablet Settings" + OK this. now your systemtray is broken and some elements are
far away from it.
(+ the kcm module is in the systemsettings under "lost & found")
you dont need a tablet to reproduce it
