Binary package hint: update-manager
use case (chronological steps):
1) notification by update-manager that a new package is available (in my case
kernel linux-image.... 2.6.32-24)
2) user is not updating but closing the notification/update-manager
3) even newer version is available (in my case again 2.6.32-25)
4) notification that updates are available
5) user is accepting to update
=> BUG: 6) both version are downloaded
** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
