Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: network-manager
network manager doesnt connect to wireless network when set manually
Going to the wireless tab in network connections>setting IP
manually>apply
The settings save, it does not auto-reconnect as it used to
Manually connecting to the network creates a new entry with dhcp instead
of connecting with the desired settings
Attempted rebooting, disable/enable wireless and networking, no resolve
