Sergey, Sorry Ubuntu One is not working as expected. If you would like to help us further debug the issue that would be greatly appreciated. Can you try connecting from the Terminal with the following command:
u1sdtool -q; u1sdtool -c Give it a minute or two to finish authorizing and connecting.
