Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apcupsd

I replaced the battery in my APC Back-UPS XS 1500 LCD last night. I
temporarily connected the data cable from the UPS to a PC running APC's
PowerChute Personal Edition utility, and I clicked the icon to update
the battery change date. But when I looked at the UPS data using the
"apcaccess" command, the new BATTDATE value was a nonsensical
2022-00-43, instead of the expected value of 2010-09-02.
