I don’t know which bug bug #152561 is a duplicate of but this one is certainly
a duplicate of that. I’m marking it as such (merging together).
However, Roel from bug #152561 comment #2 makes a good point:
»When you right-click your desktop you want - most likely - to change the
background. The fact that this is now integrated in the Appearance window is
not relevant, you are taken to the Background tab immediately.«

"change Desktop-Background" should be "Appearance"
