Sorry for the delay! I gave the device for a windows user a while ago and replaced it with a sprint hot spot that works just fine with all systems. Thank you for your interest. I know other users have opened similar bugs about the same device. In the future I may try it again, since virgin is the only provider that I know currently offering pre- paid plans. Thank you again!
