Confirmed.
As far as I can tell, the intended manpage is called match rather than
star-match.
Marking this as bitesize. Fixing it is just a case of either editing the star.1
manpage, or renaming the match manpage to star-match, and checking that there
aren't any other incorrect references.
Also, the upstream mentioned in debian/copyright seems to have vanished from
the net. Quick googling suggests it's currently at
http://cdrecord.berlios.de/old/private/star.html; if that is the case, whoever
fixes this bug may as well update the copyright file at the same time
