This bug was fixed in the package libberkeleydb-perl - 0.42-1ubuntu1

libberkeleydb-perl (0.42-1ubuntu1) maverick; urgency=low
* Revert back to libdb4.8 instead of libdb-5.0 as its not present
in our archives, so this causes ftbfs (LP: #627842). This
change can be reverted and synced again when db5.0 is in our
archives.
