Public bug reported:
With latest acpi-support and newest kernel (2.6.20.-13-generic) from Feisty,
Ubuntu is not booting, it hangs on "Loading ACPI modules...".
Removing from the boot line "quiet splash", I get to a login promt without GDM.
With the old kernel image (2.6.20-12) everything was working fine.
The computer is an ASUS L4500R.
