I've experienced this twice now, so I know I'm not going mad.
When setting a number of encodes in the job queue (OGM, 2-part x264) it
seems only the first file's target file size is considered - all
subsequent jobs in the queue share the same target file size. This is
highly irritating when I set a day's encodes going with three 2.1GiB
targets and one 1.0GiB, only to find all of them with the same size
video stream.
