@jyio @Bowmore: Mark has been pretty clear that we don't want to go down the route of having an "Advanced" pathway on the Live CD and I'm inclined to agree.
However, it would appear that we generally agree that hostname should be exposed in the installer (for many reasons), and that it should be an auto-populated, user-editable field.
