zope.app.pagetemplate now provides 'python-zope.app' and installs the
`zope/app/__init__.py` file. The package in Lucid had that file and is
still the only package from 'zope.app' namespace in maverick. So the
maverick package provides python-zope.app and conflicts with the
separate, native package python-zope.app that was proposed, and may
still be introduced the next cycle.
