- Log in as a user who is not an Admin or a sudoer
- From the menu bar click System > Adminstration > Printing > Add
2. the behavior you expected
- prompt for root password or sudoer credentials with better explanation
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).

All of this information was in my original bug report. Making me retype
it is silly.
